• Fraudulent use, hacking attempts, or system abuse will result in immediate account suspension
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

8. Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this service.

9. Governing Law

Disputes related to this service shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the service provider's address.

10. Terms Modification

All subscription payments (monthly and yearly) are non-refundable. Once the digital service is delivered and access is granted to your account, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Forgetting to cancel
• Technical issues on your device
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Not using the service

2. Immediate Delivery

Digital services are provided immediately upon purchase. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The digital service begins immediately upon subscription activation
• Access is granted to your account immediately
• You waive any right to refunds or withdrawal where applicable by law
• All sales are final once the service is delivered

3. Free Trial

We provide a free trial (3 free games) before requiring a subscription. This allows you to test the service before making a purchase decision. By subscribing, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the service.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge, unauthorized charge), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors within 5-10 business days.

5. Service Availability

If the service is completely unavailable due to our technical issues for an extended period, we will address the issue and may provide service credits or extensions at our discretion. This does not constitute a refund policy.
